FLMC Properties LLC,

 is a local company that owns and manages a wide variety of rental homes in Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. Since its founding in 2000, FLMC Properties has grown from owning a single-family home in Minneapolis to dozens of properties in the Twin Cities area.  At FLMC Properties we treat our customers and employees fairly; we follow our lease and all applicable laws at the local, state levels. Each of our employees is committed to providing excellent service. Our skilled maintenance staff is courteous and responds quickly to all service requests.
